1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pka365 website at pka365.org, including all associated pages, products, services, games, and betting markets made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the Platform, associated with a verified CNIC and a PKR wallet balance.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Company" refers to pka365, the operator of the Platform, operating under an internationally recognised gaming license.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC document submission and identity confirmation, required before withdrawals and certain account functions are enabled.
• "Funds" means PKR-denominated monetary balances held within a Player's Account wallet, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements, which cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pka365 Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content and legal effect, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete the account registration process on pka365.

These Terms apply to all use of the pka365 Platform, including sports betting, cricket markets, PSL live odds, casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, Super Wheel, Ludo Quick, and any other product or service made available on the Platform from time to time.

pka365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the pka365 Platform, you must complete the account registration process and satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. pka365 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a pka365 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the Account remains active;
• Be a resident of Pakistan and provide a valid Pakistani CNIC as your primary identity document;
• Register only one Account — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and update this information promptly if it changes;
• Not be on any self-exclusion register or subject to any account restriction that would prohibit your use of online gambling platforms;
• Not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party — accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder.

3.2 KYC Verification

pka365 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may also require verification before permitting deposits above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and may additionally require proof of address and source of funds documentation depending on account activity levels.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the verification process is completed to pka365's satisfaction. pka365 may also restrict betting and deposit functionality on unverified accounts at its discretion.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

pka365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where pka365 reasonably believes that: (i) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (ii) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (iii) the Account holder is under 21 years of age; or (iv) continued operation of the Account poses a compliance or regulatory risk to pka365 or its licensing obligations.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pka365 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pka365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account, particularly where your Account is linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa payment methods.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be held responsible for all such activity, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested.

You must notify pka365 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. pka365 will investigate any reported security incident but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pka365 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. pka365 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

pka365 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pka365 accepts no responsibility for any charges levied by third-party payment providers. Deposits are typically credited to your pka365 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, however processing times may vary.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the pka365 Account holder and has been used to make at least one prior deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is a condition of pka365's gaming license.

Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. pka365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion. Standard withdrawal processing times are communicated at the point of withdrawal request and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Inactive Account Fees

An Account that has had no login activity and no bet or wager placed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pka365 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and placing a bet or wager.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, and instant-win activity on pka365 is subject to the specific product rules published on the Platform in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules will prevail in respect of that product.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet or wager is accepted and binding upon pka365's confirmation of acceptance, which is communicated to the Player via the Platform interface. Until such confirmation is received, no bet is deemed to have been placed. pka365 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on pka365. These limits are displayed within the product interface at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, game, and account status. pka365 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in published odds, game outcomes, or any other aspect of a bet or gaming round — including technical malfunctions, software errors, or incorrect data feeds — pka365 reserves the right to void the affected bet or gaming round and return stakes to the Player's wallet. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unmistakable mistake that is objectively verifiable. pka365 will not honour bets placed at prices that result from manifest errors.

6.4 Match Fixing and Integrity

pka365 is committed to the integrity of sport and gaming. Any Player found to have placed bets on events in which they, or any person connected with them, have insider knowledge or an improper interest (including match-fixing involvement) will have their Account immediately suspended and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate sporting and regulatory authorities.

7Bonuses & Promotions

pka365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all pka365 bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Account as Bonus Funds, which are separate from real-money balances and subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The wagering requirement applicable to any bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms and represents the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or a multiple of the bonus amount) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion-specific terms expressly permit otherwise.
• pka365 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where pka365 reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, or through any method that constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without notice.
• pka365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka365 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (both real-money and bonus), and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors in order to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Any involvement in, or knowledge of, match-fixing or the corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed through pka365;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.

9Responsible Gaming

pka365 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Pakistani players seriously. Gambling is intended as entertainment and pka365 provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders from within their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications that display after a set period of continuous play, reminding the Player of their total session time and net activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the pka365 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion is linked to the Player's CNIC and takes effect immediately. Self-excluded Players may not register new accounts on pka365. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

The 21+ age requirement is an absolute rule — pka365 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and will permanently close any Account where underage use is identified.

10Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the pka365 Platform, including but not limited to the pka365 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other content ("Platform Content"), are owned by or licensed to the Company. No Platform Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of pka365.

Your use of the pka365 Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in or to any Platform Content. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may constitute an infringement of pka365's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pka365 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the pka365 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical faults, Platform outages, or Internet connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks;
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

Nothing in these Terms limits pka365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Privacy & Data

pka365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on pka365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time on the Privacy Policy page.

pka365 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Personal data including CNIC and KYC documentation is stored encrypted and used solely for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the operation of your Account.

13Amendments to These Terms

pka365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pka365 will provide reasonable notice to active Account holders via email or in-Platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pka365 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting pka365 support.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka365 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant gaming licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact pka365 customer support in the first instance. pka365 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. The majority of account and payment queries raised by Pakistani players are resolved within 24 hours of the initial support contact.

pka365 aims to acknowledge all support contacts within two hours and to resolve the majority of queries within 24 hours. Complex account reviews or KYC-related queries may take longer to resolve, but pka365 will keep you informed of progress throughout.
